Rosemary is a Partner and Head of Residential Development at Shulmans LLP. She joined the firm as a trainee in 1989 and became a partner in 1995. Recognised as a national expert in residential development. Rosemary specialises in site acquisition and similar work on behalf of developers and others.
Rosemary was President of Leeds Law Society in 2006/7 and continues to chair the Society’s liaison group with Land Registry. She is a Director of Leeds Legal, which works to raise the profile of Leeds as the largest legal centre outside of London, in which capacity she undertakes a number of international visits, helping to raise awareness of the legal sector.
