Curtains For Yorkshire Firms

Harrogate-based Davidson Webber and Leed's Hammonds have worked on an acquisition for a leading London home furnishings retailer.
The Harrogate firm acted for Dan Gartland, MD of Loadstone Ltd, in a management buy-in of curtain accessories business Fabricant – whose clients include Buckingham Palace – for an undisclosed sum.
The vendors, Andrew Fuller and Stephen Watts, were represented by Hammonds and Jeremy Oliver of Garbutt & Elliott Accountants in York.
