 Cobbetts has advised on its first AIM flotation of 2008, bringing Darwen Holdings a designer, developer and manufacturer of public transport vehicles, to the market.
Corporate partners Guy Jackson and Sefton Collett led the deal, assisted by associate Chris Tang and solicitor Agata Walton.
Steve said: “Darwen’s admission to AIM comes hot on the heels of the publication of the Department for Transport’s strategy to facilitate the increased use of public transport. It is expected that this strategy, coupled with pressures to reduce society’s impact on the environment, will create further significant opportunities.”
