 A March launch event at the Civic Hall in Leeds in the presence of the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of the city saw local lawyers invited to hear perspectives on the collaborative law process from practitioner and collaborative family lawyer Norman Taylor at Zermansky & Partners.
Spokesperson for the West Yorkshire Resolution group and solicitor at Clarion Victoria Tilbrook said: “With the collaborative approach, you sit down and commit to sorting things out together. You emerge from the process ready to get on with the rest of your life, without the bitterness and unresolved anger that so often accompanies the divorce process.”
