Beachcroft Absorbs Eversheds Lawyers

Beachcroft has invited key individuals in Eversheds' northern health and defendant injury risk practice to join the firm.
Terms have been agreed with a number of people, including Eversheds' lead health partner, David Weatherburn, Paul Taylor (partner) and Peter Merchant, (senior associate). All have resigned and will be joining Beachcroft later in the year.
Beachcroft's senior partner, Simon Hodson said: “This is a major strategic action on our part, increasing our health advice and clinical negligence practice as well as expanding our work on wider health matters for health trusts across the UK. We anticipate that this area of our business will continue to grow.”
