 Addleshaw Goddard has won the Opportunity Now Advancing Women in Business Award for its flexible working programme.
The award is given for a programme or work aimed at addressing equality, diversity and inclusion with a focus on women. Fellow nominees were PriceWaterhouseCoopers, BAE Systems and B&Q.
The award was collected by Monica Burch, partner and board member, Jane Hollinshead, partner and real estate executive committee member and Katherine Hallam, head of diversity – all of whom work flexibly.
HR director Judith Hardy said: “We are delighted to have won this prestigious award, particularly against such excellent competition.”
