Hammonds LLP has added to its corporate team with senior associate Richard Hunt.
Richard joins from Bradford firm Gordans, which he joined in 2004 after qualifying at Andrew Jackson in Hull. he specialises in private limited company mergers and acquisitions, public equity and AIM transactions.
