Property firm Kelly & Co has moved into new 12,000 square foot premises in the heart of Leeds.
The firm has purchased 49 St. Paul's Street, letting out the two top floors, allowing the company 5,000 square feet for its commercial, residential and property litigation departments, and nearly 40 staff.
Patrick Kelly, Managing Partner, said at the launch to over 150 top names from the Leeds property sector: " It is reassuring to have let two central office spaces so swiftly, proving that property is moving in the City".
The move coincides with a rebranding exercise, and the firm's celebration of its 21st birthday.
