LAND REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT) RULES 2008

The following email has been received from the Land Registry:

" The above rules will come into force on 10 November 2008.

To help prepare for the changes, the Education and Training Group have produced an 'Action Booklet', which will be sent to all our customer account holders the week beginning 15 September, this gives details of the changes. The booklet has been posted on our Internet site today together with copies of the new forms and rules, please note that the forms are only in PDF format and are not interactive.

You can access the information by going to our 'Primary' website and clicking on "Amendments to Land Registration Rules 2003" under "Important developments". The forms are under the heading "Timetable for implementation". If you scroll down to the end of the page (you may also have to scroll across before you reach the end of the page) the ' Customer Action Booklet' is the last item on the page.
