REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS - NEW LAND REGISTRY PROCEDURES

From 3 August 2009 Land Registry will introduce new procedures to deal with early completion.
The Law Society has opposed the introduction of this policy and our views have been supported by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. We have prepared an interim practice note on the changes and invite feedback to: earlycompletion@lawsociety.org.uk.
