Achieving the right outcomes
You are invited to take part in the debate about how the SRA intend to transform the regulation of solicitors and the organisations in which they work. They are planning to move towards outcomes-focused regulation in 2011, meaning that their work will concentrate more on the quality of what a solicitor is delivering to the client, than prescribing how they reached that stage.
