The Speaker
Richard Snape has worked as a Consultant and Professional Support Lawyer for Davitt Jones Bould Solicitors since 2002. He was formerly a senior lecturer in law at the University of West of England, Bristol, and was head of Land Law. He and has done numerous courses for local law societies all over the country, various public courses throughout England and Wales, in-house seminars within solicitors firms, and has also talked extensively to local authorities and central government bodies such as the Ministry of Defence, National Health Service and HM Revenue & Customs. He has also lectured within the Land Registry and has written various articles for the legal press. His areas of specialism include both commercial and residential property, in particular in relation to local government law, domestic conveyancing issues, development land, commercial property and incumbrances in relation to land.
