The responses will be considered carefully and could result in changes in the disclosure process going forward.

Please find below an email that has been sent to the Leeds BPC Forum by the Disclosure Review Working Group:
“The Disclosure Review Working Group seeks the views of users of the Business and Property Courts as to the operation of PD 57AD governing disclosure in those courts, and as to the use in the context of disclosure of Technology Assisted Review (‘TAR’) and Artificial Intelligence (‘AI’). To that end the Working Group seeks that users and practitioners complete an online survey. The link is The Disclosure Review Working Group – Online Survey – Fill in form. More information as to the origin and purpose of the Survey is set out in its introduction.
We would be grateful if you could circulate this link to all members of the Leeds BPC Forum, inviting them to complete the Survey, and informing them that the deadline for responses is 16 January 2026. Their input will be of great assistance.
